“ Easily my favorite Pho in Harrisburg. I always go with the spicy number 2 (lean cut) and it makes my day. It tastes excellent. This is a small, family-owned place and it shows in the attention to detail. The service is prompt and attentive, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The only drawbacks is that this is a very small place with limited seating and very limited parking. You have to figure in capacity when planning to dine-in at this location. But you can easily see why it's busy. ”
“ So....I found this gem after trying only maybe 4 other pho spots in the area. I am new to Harrisburg and I am disappointed so far in the food selection. I did a yelp search and sifted the reviews figured I would give Garden Vietnamese a try. I was not disappointed at all; I ordered shrimp spring rolls, meat ball pho, and combo vermicelli. The portions were generous, the broth for the pho was good and the shrimp rolls are huge. I've been back at least 4x since and will continue......def try this place out. I've gotta take pictures next time. ”
“ The Thai tea was soooo good, and the pho was pho-nomenal! (I'm sorry, send me to pun jail.) ”
“ Its very nice and friendly staff there. The portion us huge compare to the price. The broth us DELICIOUS. food come outs quick. The coffee is sooooo good also not too sweet but very good. ”
“ Great family run restaurant, the place has been remodeled and is clean and comfortable. The pho is the star here, but they also have an amazing bahn mi as well. Love this spot, it's always busy and service is great!! ”
“ Our Phở noodle soup is the best here. It's slow cooked over 8 hours and with Ginseng roots. Ginseng supports antioxidants and inflammatory effects. You will love our soup. Dine in or call us to order 717.238.9310 | 304 Reily Street, Harrisburg, PA17102 | Mon - Sat. ”
“ Cleanest broth around. Never had a bad meal yet. My go to Pho restaurant for Harrisburg! ”
“ My family and I order from here on a regular basis with a standard order to go. Because it appears to be a family run business they have the same people doing the cooking so the quality and portions have remained the same over the years. The service is always great for to go orders. I love this place! ”
“ Let me start by saying, I'm not a big Pho person. I just don't find the broth in Pho all that exciting or complex. My only exception is GVR's (weekend only) Spring Garden Soup with fresh chicken (btw, you have to ask for fresh chicken). The soup is made with a beef & vegetable broth infused with fresh jalapeños. It packs a lot of heat and flavor! Their Spring Rolls and Iced Coffee are very good too. They do a great job packaging soups to go! There's no difference in portion or flavor. ”
“ COVID UPDATE- The Garden did a little minor renovation in response to the virus pandemic and I am so glad. They added a walk-up window on the side of the building where they will take your to-go order. They have a Ring camera doorbell and laminated menus outside. You have the option to take your pho home or to dine in their parking lot where they have added a canvas carport for shade and a few tables. It was so lovely to be able to enjoy the pho that my husband and I have missed so much, outside, in the summer air, but SHADY. (It's been super hot outside these last few weeks!) On our first venture to Al Fresco dining at The Garden, all food was being packaged as to-go orders which meant a lot of single-use plastics. Most recently (Aug. 21) food was served in recycled paper bowls, with single-use utensils and soup toppings in a ziplock bag. It worked out really well. The food remains amazing. We had our standard pho ga with shrimp, spring rolls and egg rolls. ”
